    What is this wire

    On the passenger side in my engine bay there is a cut wire. Wires are green and yellow and are cut near the hood switch behind the passenger headlamp.

    The wire runs toward the jumping point and then joins the hood latch and goes under the jumper terminal.

    Any idea what this wire is for?

    The alarm speaker and hood sensor both have wires going to connectors.
