Poly subframe bushing doesnt clear welds on subframe, grind or trim?

Well, as the title says, I am trying to install some revshift poly subframe bushing and the already pre cut lips don't clear the welds on my subframe and the bushing deforms at the top where it doesn't clear the weld.

It's hard to get my iphone 5s to focus on the bushings , but the pre trimmed/cut lipped are cut back far enough to clear the welds on either side of the subframe. It looks like the bushings may have even pushed themselves out because I had the larger lip side pressed flat into the the subframe yesterday.

Yeah , right in the pink lol. You can't mix up the subframe holes as you cannot physically fit the fronts into the rears or vice versa. On top of that if you did that they'd drop through the hole and have tons of room like almost inches lol, and on the flip side you wouldnt be able to fit bigger bushing into the smaller size unless you cut probably an inch out of it. The rev shift bushings also say front and rear , top and bottom bushing ,etc. They told me to trim but I'm looking to see if anyone whose installed poly bushing has had this problem.
