I am looking for a Phoenix Yellow E46 M3 01-06 with a manual trans and mileage under 100k. Interior color is not important. However, black is preferred. Im willing to travel for the right car.

Check on M3 forum.net there was a PY slick top that meets your criteria in TX for sale for a while. Looks decent. PY for some reason is not considered a very desirable color on the E46 M3 so you should be able to find a pretty good deal (although I think it looks great!). Most of them should have a black interior.

Thanks. However, the price is a little high considering the mileage (95k). Should have never sold my LSB 01 M3. I sold it for 14k with 105k before these cars sky rocketed in value. I am almost ready to get into an E92 for what the prices for the E46 are going for. Thanks again.
