    Drivers seat broken?

    Does this drivers seat look broken or is that last part of the seat supposed to be able to pull out like that? I'm going to look at this 2008 328i with sports package and 6 speed and its like an hour and a half away. Just trying to get info before heading out there. So hard to find a manual equipped 328i...
