Hey all,
So while changing one of the rear window regulators I accidentally pulled the emergency convertible motor release. I got the tonneau motor and convertible top motor back in just fine.
When I go to re-sync the top by putting the key into the ignition and holding the up button, the top does most of the closing steps just fine. But it just stops right when the front bow is supposed to go down and it doesn't sound like the top latch motor is working. I can't manually close the top either and it feels really stuck.
I'm attaching a picture of where it gets stuck. Is there a specific fuse I can check for the top lock motor?
Thanks

Try resynching in the other direction, ie putting the top down. See if that helps.

I'm having the exact same problem. Will try reverse sync
Still no go
With windows rolled up and top in the down position I press the up button. Tonneau lifts up and top comes out. Tonneau then folds back down and the rear of the softtop with back window goes down but it's firmly sealed and then the front bow doesn't attempt to close and that's where my too finishes. Exactly as pictured above. Have been using the hardtop primarily as back window is cracked
Reset first. I just had a piece of trim around my top cover come loose and prevent it from closing all the way. Quick fix, I just had to find it.

Sometimes you have to try the re-sync several times. You might also have to try disconnecting the battery first.
