You probably can, but retrofitting isn't an easy job if you are not familiar with these cars. It will likely require coding and hardware retrofits.
I recommend selling it here, and buying a diesel F31 in Europe. You will save on fuel, taxes, and have possibly better reliability per distance traveled.
I'm not saying that because just because of the washer retrofit, but overall. The retrofit can't be too hard where it's not worth it.
