Price check and asking for opinions

Greetings Bimmer gurus,

After owning a 4cyl compact car, I'm on the market to get my first ever BMW, I've been doing a lot of research and I narrowed down my focus to the E90s due to my budget.

My local listings are not very good, there is one that looks decent but I want to ask you, the experts, about this deal and if it is worth the price.

My only local BMW stealership has on sale a 2011 328i RWD automatic with about 33.5K miles on it, price is about $15K in very minty condition ; this price is a bit steep for me but I'm not sure if it's a good deal or not. There is another private listing that asks $8K for their 2011 AWD 328i automatic with 68K miles, but apparently they are pulling the sale, they don't answer the phone anymore

And please don't murder me but, there is also another private listing but this is for a very well taken care of 2009 Benz C300 with 112K miles on the clock for $9K fully loaded. I know I said I want a BMW but this MB looks like a really good deal.

What do you guys think?

Update: Darn it, I found a 2005 E46 M3 with almost 112K miles for almost $14K in excellent conditions, quite far away from home tho.
