Powerflex rear- Update: NOT suitable for E32 740-750 and E34 M5

has anyone experienced issues with polly bushes on the rear swing arms on 740 750.? Only these two models have ‘track widening’. I see an issue with extra strain on the dog bones as it tries to pull the track wider.??

Wouldn't the control arm prevent that?

You might be. First if it is on the rear and you are applying power I would think that the force would be in and towards the rear. Anyway I recently was working on an exhaust issue and was using a product hyped on tv to protect to a certain level. It is a heat shield product and you can find it all over the web, youtube, tv, but when I contacted the manufacturer and asked for the data since I needed to know how much heat it actually passed through, they said the did not know! So I asked for the tests, they said there are none. i told them that if I was an attorney I would be having some fun. I guess the bottom line is that if you do not know, cant confirm, and aren't sure then stick with oem and call it a day. Best of luck!

This is the correct operation of 'track widening' i fail to see how it can work once the powerflex bushes are stuffed onto the spaces.
This is just me lifting the suspension in its normal way and the pitman arm is pulling the track wider.
