FS: 2002 E39 M5 - mechanics special

I have a 2002 M5 black on black with 128k miles on it waiting to be rescued. I purchased the car with a bad engine a few months ago. I finally got around to putting in a good motor with 110k miles on it along with a lot of new parts. The car is running and driving great, mechanically its sorted.

The car is i'd say 80% done and it needs a few things to be completed. The car is located in Toronto, Canada so if you are buying it from the states you'd have to import it. luckily the car came from the united states so it should be relatively easy to bring it back. For reference i paid 350$ tax and 80$ in fees at the border when i brought the car in to Canada.

It has a salvage-repairable north carolina title with only body panel damage. The passenger side quarter panel is damaged along with parts of the trunk. The body damage is quite reasonable for a salvage car and shouldn't cost too much to repair. For reference my local body shop quoted me 2300 Canadian to fix it and color match the panel.

here are a list of things i've already replaced:

engine sourced from M5board's mishkinm5 for 4200 USD
driveshaft rebuilt and rebalanced
new luk clutch kit from rockauto
new textar rear brake kit
new febi clutch slave cylinder
new brake master cylinder
used good condition guibo
input shaft seal on diff
diff, transmission and engine oil change
power steering and coolant flush
britalman exhaust


here are things that still need to be done:

passenger side quarter panel needs to be repaired
driver side door has a very thin scratch
drive side door sill has some paint chip
hood has minor paint chip
front bumper has a few small scratches
trunk needs to be replaced (included with the car)
taillight has to be replaced (included with the car)
shift knob missing
shift boot missing

im looking to get 9500 USD for it.

What Ontario title does it have? Currently is it a salvage title? or have you done the inspections to get a rebuilt title for it?
