Hi, can anyone tell me the pinouts for the fuel pump,I need to run it up to drain the tank(tank is out)
I had a diagram but can't find it. The only thing in there is the pump(s) and the sending unit. You can try opening the sender and checking continuity of the wires to the pump and that will give you the pins you need to put 12v on

I don’t have a drain plug, tank is out I would see it if it was there.
Apparently depends on built year, my 11/88 tank has a drain plug, last year I parted a 11/93 750iL with a 90 ltr tank which did not have a drain plug.

We're you still unable to run the pump? Mine has the drain plug on the passengers side of the cars tank.
