Up for sale is my '99 M3 5MT coupe, Cosmos exterior, Black leather interior

I purchased this car in late 2015 with 108k miles. It's currently at 113.5k miles, only driven on nice days, no salt or winter. The car itself is in great shape with no rust and only a few smaller than dime-sized dings. The clear coat is still in great shape for its age.


I've put a considerable amount of money into the car over the last 2.5 years taking care of all of the typical e36 weak points and mildly upgrading a few things.


Reason for sale is that my growing family leaves me with not much time to actually drive and enjoy this car.



Basics:
Powered vaders, all functions working, leather is in great shape for its age
18 button on board computer, all functions working,
A/C blows cold, Heat blows hot
No transmission grinds, gear pop out issues or clutch slip
Sunroof fully functional

Recent (8/2017) compression test of all cylinders showed very even compression across all cylinders
1-170psi, 2- 170psi, 3- 170psi, 4- 165psi, 5- 170psi, 6- 165psi (#s are engine cold)
