The website says it fits MOST 02’ models. How would I go about confirming it would fit mine?

If yours is soft glue it will be fine. If it is permaseal you will need to cut open your lights

We've been able to secure 20 units but they will be slow boated over - so it will be about 20-40 days to get them.
If you are interested to pre-order, we'll offer you free shipping on this order if you are a forum member.

I've baked my headlights open once without any issues. Is this as simple as baking again to remove the current lenses and swapping these in?

For a 2002, no it's not simple, if you have 2001, it's easier. In your case, it's easier to cut the lenses off and scrape off the remainder and install these.

I have an 03 with cloudy lenses and I’ll need to be a cutting. What do you recommend for glue on reassembly?

Combination of our butyl sealant and clips.
We've added the option on the site now.

They do not have DOT stamps on them. If you are concerned with DOT, you can just put an amber bulb into the corner light and it will pass any state inspection.

A corner light? Wouldn’t that entail an amber lens instead of the euro chrome piece, and the amber lens gets lit up by one of the fiber optic cables coming from the halo bulb section?

    That’s correct.

Euro corners only have 4 Celis fibers that feed light to the angel eyes. A 5th one should be present to illuminate the corner piece, which this lens (chrome corners) will cover up.

Why are you selling non-DOT approved lenses? Is this for “offroad use only”.

US Spec don't exist unless taken off another E39 US spec light.
These are lenses, if you want to remove the chrome outer piece and install your inner piece you can - including illuminated section.
There is no market for US spec replacements - everyone wants the euro look.

If you are worried about DOT and passing inspection, we've never once heard of this being an issue - this includes us selling Euro Hella Xenon full headlight replacements.

Here's one we just did 2 days ago for another customer with US spec lights:

Hi Umnitza, are these lenses branded with DJ Auto or are they OEM?

There are no "OEM" lenses available. They simply don't exist unless you are taking factory headlights and somehow removing the lenses from them to use on a different light.

Many of these have a small, unobtrusive "DJ Auto" logo, while others will have a "Vision" logo.

We have another batch coming. So we're good on stock. Now is the perfect time to get that project taken care of.
