So I’m replacing my rear regulators. Had some hiccups but thanks to this board I’ve overcome them. But now I’m stuck with not being able to lower the window down to get to the third bolt on the regulator behind the glass. Any suggestions? I reconnected the switch and tried to pull down the guide but no dice. :-(

I always take the glass out it's not that hard and makes getting the reg. out easy
On your other thread I attached a link to install a new rear reg. you don't to take any outer trim off only the piece that holds the small window shade in but you do need to get that window working ...are you sure your child proof lock is not on
Got the window out, new regulator in and window back in. Testing it out and goes up and down but towards the top it slows down and sort of seems to struggle. Once closed all the way the outer seal at the base of the window is not sealed. See pic below. So water would easily get into door. Is there a way to adjust? Man I don't want to re-do this but rather do this now since it's all apart.

The outside rubber should be right up against the glass so either its moved or the window guide rubber is not where it supposed to be there's really no adjustment.
