Driver Malfunction Code: cc id 419

Hello All,

It has been a while since I posted anything be here it goes. I originally signed up for this forum because I bought a 1982 320i. I still have it but due to a new child I have not had much time to work on it. Still in love with it. A year ago I bought a 2008 335i. I have thoroughly enjoyed this car until today. I went outside this morning and cranked it to leave for work but then the check engine light came on, the traction control light came on and the service engine light came on. Also, an image a motor that appeared to be half full showed up. The car was very underpowered. I tried to get it to go but it would only stay in one gear. I looked up the main code and it said CC ID 419, according to Google is a Driver Malfunction code. Can anyone tell me where to start to correct this issue or what is causing it?
