I'd take it for 3-4 days but it would probably be returned with bald tires and possibly a rod thru the block if it couldn't survive the classic Hertz rent a car test drive.

Thanks for this Jim!! Gave me a great laugh.

And maybe the funniest part to me is that I couldn't even choose which way to vote!

I think he should make the 540i his official tow vehicle ( European style) to give his sweet ass tow minivan a break!!

Thad, I think these guys might be interested, they need some turbo parts to get their ride spinning again.

While I am disappointed by the lackluster ratio of votes/views, I am extremely amused by the votes that predict I will pay someone to haul it away! Well done sirs!

With over 300 views you'd think more would have voted. A simple click is all it takes, come on peeps do some voting before this poll closes.

Snotty, it's just a plain old sport model otherwise it would have been lowered, have fancy landing pads and of course a souped up flux capacitor.

He could start making kits for others to do the same, now he has all the final measurements.

He could even help with tuning advise and maybe even remotely program who knows ??

Well, it was a fun poll, albeit not too popular for actual voting I guess, Lol.

Anyway, if I don't sell the 540, instead of paying someone to haul it away maybe I will build another something like this for it:

    Awww shit.jpg

Now your talkin. Tons of cheap HP and twist.
    Do it.

As a side note the Achilles doesn't come in anything wider than 275 in 18", so I had to go Toyo Proxies 295's for the rear.

Well that's too bad Jim! Sounds more expensive to make 11s with, lol. What diameter were we looking at for the 305 Achilles?

I was looking for 305's in 18". They are available in 19" however the wheels jump up from $247 ea to $425 ea so the 19" ain't gonna happen.
