    WTB A/C blower motor for 87 Euro 730i M 30 motor

    Does anyone have an A/C blower motor that will fit this car?

    The blower motor I installed is not working. The part number on the old blower motor is 64111361839. I have been purchasing parts for an 88 735i without problem for years but this
    seems to be an issue this time.

    FCPEURO, Autohaus Arizona, rockauto, or search on Ebay for bmw e32 blower motor, plenty there from $80 - 400 for the original one.
    When going on the websites use 1988 as built year, as most have on 1987 still the E23 model, as the E32 came in USA later on the market.

    Hi Shogun;

    Thanks for your response but I have been to all of the above suppliers and many others. I always list the car as a 88 735i. This is the first time I have run across this problem. While the part is available not one of the numbers match the one I removed or are the updated version of the blower motor I removed.

    The only parts available need to be ordered and are about 2 weeks delivery to me. I am taking this car to the Vintage next week. The outside temp today was 90!

    I think I may have found a solution. I found a local Small motor rebuilding shop who has repaired blower motors for Mercedes. He is confident that he can rebuild mine and return it to me Monday morning.

    I hope it will work, I have found the problem are the plastic cages outside, they are very brittle after 30 years of use and break easily.
    Just checked on realoem the number you posted and much to my surprise this shows up, looks like the E32 1987 blower motor is one the E23 used (?) Double check the part number you posted with your VIN.

    Got the rewound blower motor back today. He bench tested it for me and it ran great and at all 3 speeds. Now just have to install it again.

    Shogun as always thank you for your help. After I get back from the Vintage I will still purchase new correct blower motor.

    Rewound blower motor installed and the A/C system is back to being so cold you can hang meat. PERFECT!

    Heading to Vintage tomorrow morning.
