I just recharged my system on Wednesday and it’s been working great until about an hour ago I had it on, it quit suddenly and I got this weird burnt smell through the vents, maybe it was R134 it smelled similar but not quite the same. Any common failure that could be or am I just in for some diag
Wasn't your compressor clutch? Does the compressor still turn when the AC is turned on? Belt still in place.
Now none of my windows or sunroof work. They only open and close holding the key in the lock. But the switches for all 4 windows and the sunroof don’t work.
The ac thing happened, windows worked fine. Parked it, came back out, no window or sunroof function from the switches
What fuses control the windows and stuff because something has shorted out

Yeah found it, compressor or the clutch locked up. It’s making some nasty bearing noise and blows the number 29 fuse every time I turn the AC on
Yup, when I first got my car, turning on the AC blew the fuse (#29) every time. What made it worse was the stupid high heat on the foot well. Crazy uncomfortable during the summer time.
I had the AC compressor clutch rebuilt. Before the clutch rebuild, it sounded like a jack hammer under the hood.
