I will Echo Dragons recommendation. I sent my MID to them for repair a little over a year ago. Came back and worked fine for a few days, then it didn't. They asked me to return it, and I did. Double checked everything and turned out one of the container 'latches' on the MID case was not keeping things firmly in place, so it was losing electrical contact. After it arrived back here, I checked out the area that wasn't making contact and devised a solution. Advised them of the method I'd used, and they said they'd keep it in mind for future units that might have that issue.
Worked fine for the past year, and the readout is very bright and visible. Quality work, and good people.
