    Does M54B30 crank foul a M50 block?

    Hi,

Some people say that the M54B30 crank will foul a M50 block if swapped?

    Why would it?

    Does it happen?

    Thank you.

You can use an M54 3.0 crank and con rods with stock M50 pistons to make a stroker build. The camshafts are an upgrade for M52's and I believe fits M50's too. I think its the 3.0 exhaust cam that can be used as an intake cam. Slight modification may be required for the cam. Lots of info out there on it
