    Great sounds in motorsports

Let's get some clips of great sounds in motorsports...

Here's some brilliant off throttle crackling of the ByKolles LMP1 car:

The crackles give me goosebumps! Headphones and volume ++

    I like this idea.

    '02 M5 - Carbon Black/Silverstone

I think these sound great especially live. I've seen a couple of Porsche Supercup Asia races whenever they are the support races in Singapore GP.

You can already hear it a bit at 0:57, then it passes the camera at 1:12:

Then here it's the first bike right at the beginning:

I have to post even more MV Agusta triple (better than the above embedded ones but I'm too lazy to switch them around. Just watch these too!):

Remember when you would crank up the television volume for F1 race broadcasts?
Nothing raises the hairs on my neck like the unearthly howl of an F1 Ferrari V12. Here is how it was before they sounded like farting in the bathtub; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SoZiTxdQyw

Another one, that can only be experienced in person, is the assault committed on every one of your senses by a top fuel dragster. It's useless to post, you must be there.

If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue

I have been to top fuel Zmax drag race twice. It is epic.

Pagani Zonda 760: pretty extreme for a road car. Well, not the absolutely most amazing V12 there is, but it's up there. A big, NA V12.
