Oil Drip Blues

'08 3.0si X3 with 103,000 miles and like many, it's developed a leak. Inspection of the valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket, the classic weak links, reveals no issues! Replaced the oil drain plug and washer and it appears as though the leaks are in two places:
1. The passenger side differential/axle housing area.
2. The bell housing area.

youve mention 2 out of the 3 common areas for oil leaks, the other would be the oil pan gasket
