Lighting and weird noise while car is off

Alrighty, so I've been having this really weird issue with my car. The car will be completely off and will have been sitting there for a while, and suddenly the sidemarker (and probably angel eyes, but I can't tell) turn on all by themselves. After that, there's a repeated knocking sound and then a "whoosh" kind of noise. I have a link to a video showing it happening. Sorry for it being black and white, it's from my security camera in the garage while on night vision. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has been driving me nuts.
