1989 325ic horn not working

I, try evrything that I know, check the fuse is ok, relay ok, replaced the actual horns, nothing. When actvating the horn, I can feel the relay hum. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

It's possible you have a wiring problem. Trace backward from the horn to see if you have power; There may be a broken wire going to the horn(s) To do that you need a test light; I suspect this is what you are encountering.
