    e46 M3

Disclosure: this is probably in the wrong section, but the e46 m3 sub section is so dead so maybe some people in this sub section can help.

I was curious what an e46 m3 shell would be worth with no drivetrain. I haven't really seen any for sale before so I have no price point for what one would generally go for. Most people would probably use it as a basis for a swap. Let's say a 02 m3 with 150k miles with no engine or transmission and the rest remaining stock and the body and interior in good condition.

what would something like that be worth on average??

I’d guess 3k if it was clean and otherwise stock. 150k is pretty valueless even with a motor, but im no expert.

Yeah I've seen them advertised anywhere from $8,000-$10,000 with that mileage running and driving. Doesn't mean they sell for that either

if the interior was perfect and the paint was near perfect... i would say like $4k tops.. and if it had good tires, no other issues with the body and the rear body mount support issue was done..

not too bad. I was figuring like $2500, but I literally have never seen a shell for sale that wasn't either wrecked or had a cage and ready to build as a track car

I have always wanted an 6.0 LS twin turbo (rear) e46 m3. I can't afford that kind of build but I would love to have something like that or even the e39 m5 motor and trans in an e46 m3
