Help my door is locked up.

Okay so long story short I bought a bmw 535xi 2008 e60 for a good price because it had some paint fading away and a door part missing. They told me that the part they had would fix my door but no it was a part to a different car. So I got the right part for my vehicle just to find out I dknt any insulation or whatever it’s called to get the screws to tighten the door and not fall off. So every time people would come to my car they’d open it (its passager back door) people would just be surprised. So I child locked it so it wouldn’t be able to open anymore... but the thing is it won’t even let me open it from the outside at all even after I pushed the child lock up so it should be off. I disconnected the thing so it wouldn’t be able to open from inside either so now I don’t know what to do. It’s been like this for months and I want to try and fix it. Please help!
