Have an F15 sDrive 25d with 75,000KM
I have the 7 seat option and hence the air suspension on the rear.
During a recent trip there were 7 of us + luggage in the car, and I noticed the suspension was really bouncy, but harsh, and not absorbing any shocks.
After parking up I noticed the rear was completely dropped.
I went home and came back to inspect the car 1 hour later and it was back up to normal, and driving perfectly smooth.
During the first drive we did hit some large pot holes. Could this have caused the air to escape as a safety measure?
I am not that familiar with air suspension so I am just making things up now ;-)
If anyone has any suggestions as to what might have happened, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

I have had problem with our 7 seat, 2015 5.0L X5. Helpful guy at dealer said it was common problem, but part to fix was back ordered. Our car just went out of warranty, apparently problem not quite common enough to trigger recall.
