Electrical Problem, Low Voltage to Sensors

How's it going everyone. I've been having some weird electrical problems with my 2003 325i. It has an M54 with a MS45.1 dme. I'm getting codes P0340, P0365, and P0102.

So I checked the signals to the MAF, Intake cam, and exhaust cam all of which read ~2.8v from the DME, when they should be reading 5v correct? I've charged my battery and even checked the voltage of the battery when the car is running and it's reading ~14v. Also I should add I checked the draw on the system and there is pretty much none. Has anyone had anything like this happen? I'm hoping its not the DME but it totally could be. The car had water damage so I had to unplug the GM5 to get rid of a short.

Any help would be great, thank!

power the dme on the bench and probe for 5v ref. If you 5v is still low you have a messed up dme. My guess is one of your sensors or wiring in that circuit is pulling it low.

I've never done that, do I just connect a battery to the power pins and ground the ground pins on the x60001 connector?
