I'm going to offer these for sale in a little and I'll have the couple different options
I was able to scoot the gauge pods back further which is what I plan on doing in the first place. here are some photos of the current pod, disregard the spacing of the holes I did it quickly so they're off.
where to host images
The side view makes me ask: have you sighted them while sitting in a car (Z3 or M Cp/Rdstr)? They look__to me__to be tilted too far rearward at the top. Could make reading difficult, or maybe impossible, if one is wearing polarized sunglasses.
NOT trying to be critical, just making an observation.
I think it would be better being about vertical - or at least matching the angle of the gauge cluster gauges. Even that level of slant seems succeptible to the sun hitting them from above

Please do not forget that there will be a sun visor over top of this that extends 3/4 of an inch over the top middle gauge and 5/8 of an inch over the side gauges
I used the wrong terminology, my apology. By rearward, I thought they had too much of a slant towards the rear of the windshield, not the rear of the car. In hindsight, I shpould've said "They look__to me__to be tilted too far forward at the top."
As Graham indicated, should be more upright, or matching the existing gauges.
To atone for my sin, I will make it a point to put a protractor on the (actual) gauge face in my car, and a suitable reference point on the dash, since you don't have it mounted in a car.
If you could post photos of the protractor and/or the gauges i will be trying to match that would be great. I'm still not to sure what you mean.
Thanks
Yep thangs are looking promising. Whats next ya think??
