I replaced my clutch about 2,000 miles ago everything went fine I was very meticulous. Yesterday the clutch pedal went spongy and started engaging low to the floor, now this morning there is a lot of vibration and knocking noise through out the whole travel of the clutch pedal.
I have had to bleed the slave cylinder a couple of times since the replacement (pedal was staying on the floor) could it be just the slave cylinder?
I replaced everything with new parts including the throw out bearing. Just looking for opinions before I start this. I am going to replace the slave cylinder hopefully that's it. Original slave cylinder 244,000 miles.
From your description, it definitely sounds like the slave cylinder. Other members might chime in with their thoughts as well. I'm attaching a DIY link below for the slave cylinder replacement procedure if needed. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks a lot
Definitely start with the slave but the vibration part is a little odd. 244K is impressive for the original
The only time I've felt vibration in the clutch pedal was when a throw out bearing was blown up. It melted and allowed the pivot arm to contact the pressure plate. Felt the pulse through to the clutch pedal.
I used a brand new bearings and installed correctly I really hope it's not the bearing. I'll update when I change the slave cylinder.
