Advice ! BMW 340i vs 335i m sport

Hi everyone! I’m new to the threads and looking for advice!

I have a 2006 325i with a 6M/T. It’s about time to me to upgrade (must be manual) and I found a 2016 340i 6M/T at a local dealership. It had blacked out kidney grills, dark 19 in rims, matte black roof, red stitched interior, and upgraded sound system. Over all really nice and I starting thinking I was gonna pull the trigger.

Then I extended my search and found a 2015 335i m sport, with DHP, performance exhaust etc. about 150 miles away.

I am having a hard time comparing apples to apples. The 335i is about 4K less asking price and has 5000 more miles. It is obviously a more tricked out car, but another significant factor is it has 17 months less CPO warranty.

How much is the 17 months worth? How much is the m sport and DHP worth? Thanks

Does that m sport package change anything with suspension? I find the current 3series really vague in handling and the rear suspension in particular causes the rear to “float” around over bumps on the highway. I think the way those cars (340 or 335) drive is flat out embarassing. So if the m sport has stiffer in suspension I would take that. If it’s the exact same, then it’s a toss up for me on which one to get. I usually lean towards more options.
