Just found out my FRONT differential bushing is slightly cracked. I tried searching on the forum but due to Diff and Differential being used, more topics about poly or delrin being used keep coming up.
Is this a differential out service or can be it be done with the differential still in the car?
Thank you,

It’s usually a diff out service, at least it was for me. I’m not sure if it’s doable without taking the diff out. Plus, it’s also a good idea to replace the rear 2 bushings as well. It’s not too hard of a job either.

No way you're gonna get the old bushing out with the diff in the way. Just unbolt the drive shaft and axles and drop the diff out. Once out you should be able to get tools in to press the front bushing out of the subframe. As mentioned, you should also replace the rears which reside in the diff cover at the same time.

Sounds good. Will remove diff.
