318is clutch problem

Hello, i have problem with my 318is. I put gear in clutch is down and when i rev +5k rpm car stars moving, what could be the problem. Car drives normaly, but on redline also its hard to put gear. Sorry for bad english.

Could be a few different things going on at same time. The motor and trans try to "twist" under heavy load. Normally, with good motor and trans mounts, this "twist" is resisted. With bad mounts, your next gear selection may not be exactly where your muscle memory says it should be. So check motor and trans mounts. For the car moving when it's not supposed to, that could be a hydraulic issue either with clutch master or slave. You may want to check for obvious problems with either like leaks. If you see any, replace the component that is leaking. I've bled a few different E36's and they all required a pressure bleeder (would not gravity bleed). So keep that in mind and have that tool on hand before you start. If you need to do the clutch master, I've found it is helpful to remove the driver seat so you can lay flat on the floor. It's still a painful job, but less so! I've done two now, on two different E36 coupes.

so i motor swapped my car and put a new clutch kit on it and now my car is in a gear ( idk which one) it i shift with clutch or with out nothing happens at all no grinding nothing but it is in a gear anyone no anything ??
