    Trans plugs with pic

Anyone know what these cables are called going into the trans. This is an automatic 86 325e. Both cable connections were brittle and they broke into about 20 pieces. The two plugs go into the trans at "B" and "D". I would like to order new cables but i can't find anything on realoem about what they are called. Someone please help me out here.
    Thank you in advance

Ok after much research, I found the names of my parts. One is called the CPS or engine crank reference sensor and the other is an RPM sensor or speed sensor. I found that in the Bentley manual and then found some info through another forum with some digging. Now I need part numbers, i can't any on realoem.com. I can't seem to find anyone who listed them in their threads as well. So I am now lookong for part numbers on these two pieces

If I could just get some new plugs on the end, thst would be nice. I did finally find my part numbers, apparently they are the same part numbers for both parts. It's the cps and a speed sensor.
Can you get plugs for these or would that be a real pain? It may be easier just to replace the part. It seems that alot of plugs and word on this car are dried out and cracked or broken. I guess it's a 32 year old car so I should expect it a little bit.
Thank you for diagram for sure.

    No e30s, again :(
they are like 50 or 70 bucks each. mine were all brittle and broke to where all I had was the little wires to plug in. I ordered new ones and kept the old as back ups in case something happens so I can just stick them in place while awaiting new ones to show up in the mail. without those though, you will be dead in the water so keep them as backups if the car still runs, you won't have fuel or spark without them
    No e30s again.

Even though they are the same part, the position and harness connections are not. If and when you change them out, do only one at a time so you don't mix them up. It's also a good idea to color code the connections using color zip ties on both sides of the connectors.
