Bigger Front Disc Brake System from Another BMW Model?

Is there a direct changeover from another BMW model which will allow me to put bigger front brakes (calipers, rotors) on an E30 without changing the spindles, the four-lug wheels or any other basic chassis features of the car? I'd rather not buy a Wilwood or other "big brakes" kit.

Please forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere; I searched for it but could not find it.

As far as I know, there isn't since only the e21 and 2002 share the 4x100 bolt pattern AFAIK. The common cheap front bbk swap is corrado rotors, rx7 calipers, and adapter brackets.

Do those fit under the stock BMW 14 wheels?

Not sure, but I doubt it. The 15" ix or euro weaves might fit.
