Synapse sells an adapter for the BOV that keeps it closed at idle, i got that and it helped me a little bit. more driveability wise though i was getting stuttering while driving on minimal throttle. Im regretting that BOV though i feel like it is causing other issues.
i actually ordered that antistall kit directly from synapse, and 3 days later i got a refund so not sure if they are discontinued or not. i was able to adjust the preload spring in and remove one vacuum line from the back and now its closed at idle.
bit of an update though, looking over my maf wiring the black wire maf side was straight up not even connected if not intermittently connected. it looked like it was in the butt connector but i was able to pull it right out. fuck. corrected that no change to anything. i can unplug it and watch the afr go from solid 8 to a fluctuating 9.5-10.5 with a hunting idle. plug it back in and it corrects back to 8. measured voltage @ maf and was getting 1.2v. technica is saying thats way too high and it should be at about .75v. so new maf on the way. hopefully that should get me closer to stoich.

Maybe that maf is bad, or broken now. You ordered a new from technica? Maybe solder it this time? Really hope that is the 'simple' issue. Fingers crossed.

Replaced the maf, new plugs and shes running better than ever. spins through third. thanks for all the help guys.
This ^^^ vacuum reading is certainly the route. On start up it should be lowest 15 and will increase numerically I have the same HG setup and noticed no change. Average 20 at operating temp. The rich afr throws me off but the is a large vacuum leak somewhere, also has to do with pressure releasing so fast on the boost test.
