    Bad idle!!!

    Hey what’s up guys??? I have a 93 318i that idles rough and the parts I have changed on it cam and crankshaft sensor, fuel pump relay so far, I’ve also cleaned the MAF but it really wasn’t that dirty.. Any other suggestions I should try???

    Bad idle how? Low, surging, rough, high? More info please.

    It would surge real high and then drop down to about 300-500 rpms every few seconds without stalling.. If I unplug the TPS it runs just a TAD bit better.

    Probably a vacuum leak, smoke test it if you can (youtube)
