F25 oil filter housing bolts?

Tech notified us of oil leak.
Got the gaskets and flex socket.
Before i disassemble are the "asa" bolts for the housing to block aluminum?
I've seen varying statements online.

The bolts are steel. Do you have a small (in physical size) torque wrench? You don’t want to over-torque the bolts. Also, stick each bolt through a piece of cardboard in its position on the housing. Why? The bolts are of different sizes.

Excellent thanks. That's what I was thinking. Just the asa designation threw me off.. could have checked with a magnet but didn't want to undo them till i was ready to do the whole thing..
