Heating issue, only 1 side has heat!

So my 92 e34 m50 has this heat issue still. Something weird I noticed , IMG_8410.JPGIt appears that only the left side defrost, front, and feet vents blow hot air. ( I wouldn’t even qualify the front vents as hot. Its hardly warm, but the feet and defrost are warm. Before I thought only the defrost blew hot air but it appears that only one side of the defrost does. So it seems as if the entire right side of car, with dual climate controls stays cold. Also the front facing vent takes about 15 minutes of running to even get mildly warm. What could be causing this?!

On a side note I replaced the cabin air filter today and it made me sick to my stomach. Completely clogged with sh*t. Air blows much stronger in vents now. Still no heat though.
    Comparison pics for attention.
