If I replace the rear trailing arm bushings with camber/toe adjustment and the rear subframe bushings will this help to correct the camber on the rear end of the vehicle to stop The inside of the tires from wearing?

Yes. But why? Leave the tire wear alone. It is normal.

The Owners Manual anticipates your concern, and says if you must rotate, do it every 3000 miles. More miles than that, rotating the worn rear tires to the front will cause tram lining, where the front tires cause steering inputs over irregularities. The Manual says the frequent rotating is not worth the cost. And reducing the camber is not worth the cost, and may adversely affect the handling. BMW designed the negative camber.

With the complete lack of useful information in the original post, that is as legitimate answer as any.

Thanks Vintage42 For the positive feedback and the link. It has some very good information. I bought the car for 50 bucks in October of last year and it was not running. I have did a lot of work to the car myself and it runs really well now.

OK. If you stop driving the car, the tires will positively stop wearing.

While the alignment isn't adjustable it would be helpful to get the readings to know what is wrong. Toe wears tires much faster than camber, but excessive camber and tire pressures can also contribute to wear. I still run -2 camber with toe and camber adjusters and have no noticeable inside tread wear.

Welding camber/toe fix to trailing arm does fix issue completely. 1°40' and 0°07' per sides are good values.

Depending on tire size, width and type you might get very slight unevenness over 10000km but these are sports cars and drivability should be number one, grip and security second, and wear a distant third.

You hadn't mentioned if the car was lowered, in which case camber is often increased.
I got tired (heh!) of replacing the rears and got the weld-ons done. Quadrupled my tire mileage and it paid for itself. No track, daily driver, and I'm plenty happy with the results.

Starting post was very vague. I too it as obvious that it is lowered because he/she is having this issue.
