2009 bmw 335i sedan w/ MT and ~140k miles
Situation:
car drives horribly (rough acceleration and poor power delivery) and currently have SES / CEL on
used my bavarian technic cable to find the following problems:

used my cobb ap to find the following codes:
IMG_9895.jpgIMG_9896.jpgIMG_9897.jpgIMG_9898.jpg
QUESTIONS:
1. are these codes indicating issues with the primary cats in the downpipes or the secondary cats or both ?
2. do i need to replace any or all of the o2 sensors as well ?
I decided to go catless downpipes rather than going back to stock - want to get all the parts i need first and understand what i need to do
i can use my cobb AP to flash my car to pass emissions (hopefully) but i am trying to figure out if i need to do the o2 sensors in addition to removing my current stock downpipes w/ the bad cats
my car runs atrocious b/c of this and also primarily b/c it's got 140k and has NEVER been walnut blasted - that's on my to do list as soon as all the tools for the job get to me
Any input ?
Thanks!

Those codes are for the primary cats in the downpipes. I'm not even sure if these cars have secondary cats. They may just be resonators in the exhaust pipes.
