Miraculously found myself with 30 free minutes between meetings so went out and took some pics. clicking should reveal a full size picture - hopefully the pics show up.

I got sideswiped/hit and run in a parking lot in December (at my birthday dinner!) which set me off on a long list of repairs and replacements. The insurance company paid for a new door, painting the fender and a couple of other things. I took the opportunity to replace my hood, which was the waviest and dent-iest hood i've ever owned, which had long been irritating me. I also swapped out the stock bumper to the m-tec style, re-sprayed my rear bumper.
I also had all the new paint in the front - bumper, fenders, and hood wrapped in clear 3m film which was then coated with the vinyl ceramic pro formula. Because my wife and I ride bikes (singles and tandems) the roof was wrapped too; so was the a-pillar all the way back to the tailgate.

Shot of the roof - the film did a great job of concealing a lot of the imperfections. The rearmost panel hasnt been touched and is waiting for Lee Plattus's awesome spoiler to return
I also finally replaced my broken and disintegrating antenna. I knew the thing was useless, but I didnt know it was that tall - might go the Plattus route on this one as well and cover it with a shark fin.

H+R spacers installed with style 5s - 15mm front 20mm rear. Planning on replacing these with some style 66 wheels soon

Keep on modding and fixing!..
Inner tails were just replaced. I have some euro clears coming in from the UK. I'll install them, but honestly I will likely just go back to the original red outer tails after I get a chance to get them out and repair the cracking inside. Luckily the outside is in pretty good shape as is. Also removed the 525i badge with floss because it was way too filthy to clean in the little spaces. Not sure if I'll replace it - looks clean without it.

Headlights swapped to clear corner OEM lights. High beams and ZKW OEM fluted fogs fitted with LEDs and wrapped in clear. Replaced the old grills.

Couple of quick interior shots. I had previously wrapped the vavona in a brushed graphite 3M vinyl - pic in this thread - https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/s...1-525i-Touring but decided to swap it out to the OEM Cubic Graphite just to try it out. (dont mind the errant screw in the shifter boot.)

Honestly I prefer my vinyl wrap - I think this is because the cubic graphite is just plastic trim, where as my graphite wrap was done over vavona - which is a metal core + wood + laminate, which makes the individual pieces more sturdy and less prone to movement and creaking. The OEM looks nice enough though. While my clear wrap guy was doing the job, I put together another set of vavona and had him wrap it in 3M "Matrix" wrap which I will install in the near future when other projects align.
A couple more shots of the oem trim. Oh yeah, and Dynavin N6 was put in last year. Next upgrade is a subwoofer and amp.

One last pic of the car a couple of months ago with the spoiler mounted - will be nice to have it back on!
