Hello everyone, I am posting here to find out if anyone has any contacts at Vorshlag so I can find out current status of a cancellation of an order and refund. Here is the breakdown, I have emailed various times and no luck yet. Here is the back story
03/17 - Place order for Bilstein pss9's
03/22 - Email them just to get an idea on when these would ship since they showed IN STOCK on their site
03/26 - Email again to ask for update(I called this day too and left a voicemail)
03/28 - Response from them stating that they are on national back order and not sure when they will be able to get them to me
03/28 - I ask them to cancel my order since there was no ETA
03/28 - They respond saying they will be cancelling and handing paperwork over to accounting
04/04 - After not seeing anything I email them asking if they have submitted this
04/06 - I call after not getting an email response and talk to someone who told me he wasn't in front of computer but will look into this immediately and call me back
04/09 - Emailed again asking for update
Is this type of experience normal for Vorshlag? I am a patient man but the no response is driving me crazy.... Getting close to a month now.
claim has been filed with my bank and investigation has started. What a terrible experience, shitty customer service.
