    Ltw wing available for trade

Hey guys, I recently purchased a 95 with an LTW wing on it. It does not sag! I am trying to bring my car back to OEM specs. I am looking for someone who has a cosmos black trunk with the OEM spoiler on it that would want to trade. The trunk has to be in great condition as mine is in great condition. I know it’s a longshot, but if anybody is in the Midwest that would be interested let me know.

    Damn - I'd totally trade...

You're not interested in just pulling the wing off the trunk by chance?

Note that the trunk has the VIN on it, and that once you remove the panel, it'll always be visible at the hinge bolts. I'd keep the trunk and paint it if you want to run no wing. Or maybe swap a standard wing on - I believe that the only holes are in the sides in similar locations.

depending on the wing, I'd be interested in buying.

So, if that point about the VIN tag convinces you to keep the trunk and just swap wings... here's my pitch!

    First, I was first!

Also, mine is already the proper color, was dealer installed (i.e. professionally painted), and is in great shape - including all bulbs working.

    Man what a deal!!

Good luck OP and all those who want a sweet deal. Hope it works out.

(IMO, I'd get a new trunk, with oem spoiler, and keep your trunk w/vin tag). I did the inverse...pulled my stock trunk off, put on a spare to bolt the ltw to. So my oem is non-drilled in my basement, faded ///M badge and all.

I tried to find the vin last night. It was not behind the license plate like it should be. I did not see any on the lip, like others have said. Any other place to look? Is it under the apolstry?

The vin sticker is visible here...

on the far right...(look at decal on the tool kit, go horizontally over to the edge of the trunk).

There is an additional VIN sticker under the license plate.
