ASC light came on after Brake Bleed

Hello all


I wanted to know if anyone else has encountered the ASC light coming on after a bleeding the brakes. The light was not on before I bled and changed the brake lines on the brakes. I have a 1991 850i with ASC+T option. I used a pressure bleeder to do the job. Any help would be grateful.

I have not had this problem personally, but I believe I have read this is caused by air still trapped in the system. I am sure one of our resident experts will chime in.

Start by flushing ASC+T system and replacing the small filter in the brass canister. I got rid of several ASC light errors this way.

Thanks Dragon, by the way I got those DK's back in one piece. They are just spares at the moment, Thanks.
