Bimmer Fans,
I recently bought a 2012 Black 328i back in Oct 2017. She's my new baby and I keep her looking that way. However, due to rocks or road debris I'm noticing quite a bit of small little chips in the paint on the front. Can anyone recommend some good touch-up paints for BMWs to use? I've also heard about a transparent bra/mask.
Thanks in advance,
GW
Paintscratch.com, Dr. Colorchip, Langka offer paint and/or chip repair systems. Check them out.
Also, a few auto suply shops, like the JB Auto locally, can mix up a little bottle of paint to exactly match your paint. Somewhere on your car, there's a plate/label that tells you the paint code - for me, it's in the engine compartment, near the top of a strut and it notes the color code for my Imola Red.
Get the paint chips repaired as best you can then really think about the clear bra / film on the succeptable areas of the front. Back of the mirrors too.
Good luck,
Thanks John
