I would like to do a update about the transmission kit after having driven it some more!
First, I am extremely happy.
I can finally use third again. A hard 2-3 shift is unreal at 30+ psi, I almost forgot since I have been babying 3rd for so long.
I took the car up to 80 mph I was at ~2800. This makes a huge difference in the overall cars highway-ability with all my stiff mounts. PLUS Zero vibrations from my franken-shaft.
This transmission is very smooth even compared to the Zf 320.
I much prefer this 6th ratio to the 420 ratio. I always found the 420 ratio a bit low for a 3.15, it was setup for the e46 3.64 rear end.
I took the car through a drive-through today, just because I could.
Once broken in the 1k clutch is very drive-able, leaving at 1500 rpm is more than enough for it to be smooth. So far it has broken in even further with every mile driven.

I put down 950 wheel-torque today through the carbon graphite clutch combo that has been in my car for however long. The whole setup has performed flawlessly I am extremely happy.
I’ll be back at the Dyno in a few months hoping to hit 1100whp w/ 46psi boost.
The downside is I have destroyed two differentials already. The last one made it halfway through a single 3rd gear pull. I’ll be developing a 1000tq rearend solution with matching axles and driveshaft, this November. I’d like to be able to offer a bolt on drivetrain for serious power and I’m hoping this platform continues to grow in this direction because it continues to amaze me.

I was using the 328i front shaft. Really never had much traction nor do I launch it. I think the combo there has saved it.
They are 188s. I sold my 210 a while back because I kept saying I would do this other diff swap but things keep pushing it out hah. Honestly the 188s do okay, but 3rd gear pulls on the highway with that kinda boost at 4k is a tough life. I’ll post a graph but it’s like 800wtq by 4k.
