Hi all. I recently found and purchased a Bavsound sub woofer speaker box to replace the OEM sub with no DSP. The sub is loaded with a Memphis 10" dual voice coil woofer at 4 ohms. Now, I bought an Alpine 300 watt (@4ohms) mono block amp measuring 7.5x7.5x2.5. For you guys who have been down this road before, where is a good place to install the amp?
I have the factory CD player and the factory nav installed on the drivers side.
Thanks
Not sure what is supposed to go under here, but my 03 didn’t have anything in this space.
I installed my old school PPI PC4800 in this spot under the carpet and have had zero issues.
Granted, I’m running two 8 inch subs and my front components off of it.

Thank you very much for sharing your fine, fine, superfine, sound system. Did you fabricate the pods on the C pillars and the extensions/cabinets on the doors? They are very nicely executed. So I now have an answer to that question. I will located the amp forward of the spare tire well.
Do you or anyone here know the speaker diameters in the doors and roof? I have used Faital Pro drivers in the past and I am considering them again here. They make three, four, and five inch Ferrite and Neodymium drivers. I would love not to have to pull the door panels off to measure. Another maybe easier option, is to do the stage 1 Bavsound kit once the subwoofer is in place. Any comments on the Bavsound kit?
Thanks again for the help.
