Exclamation [HELP!] Can't Remove Brake Fluid Screen Filter - F30

    Year: 2013 (F30)
    Model: 316iA

So I want to change the brake fluid in my car, and after I have opened the brake fluid cap, I found that there's an orange screen filter in it. I tried using a flat head screwdriver to pry it open. It didn't work. I tried turning the filter, and it still didn't want to come out. I felt like if I used too much force, it was going to break.

This is a video I took:

I can't change the fluid without getting that out.

    Could anyone help me?
