You'll have to pick a spot to wire in the angel eyes since your car didn't come with them originally. There's a couple options and some variables depending on how you'd like to do it. Otherwise they're pretty much plug and play.
For the angel eyes I wired mine up to the parking lights because I wanted them to flash when I locked/unlocked the car. Others have wired them directly to a positive terminal near the ECU.

If you want to do it the "factory" way, you'll need to use new wiring pigtails for the new housings to be plug and play. It essentially splits the turn signal wire so the angel eyes connect, IIRC. I'm sure there's a DIY around somewhere. Google it.

I know everyone says to do the wiring yourself, but aren't there adapter splitters that you can buy for $5 to save you the hassle and prevent you from butchering your car at the same time? Just a thought.

My headlight units were cheap eBay specials ($130 for the pair) and the turn signals/parking lights were of the 3 wire variety. That means there's a ground wire for the turn signal, a ground wire for the parking light, and a common positive wire. I simply used a multi-meter to find the parking light wire and tapped into it for the angel eyes. It may look different for OEM Hella units so I can't guarantee you'll see the same setup I described.
If you're not terribly proficient with electrical/wiring none of this will make sense. If you've got a friend or family member that's going to do this let them read and compare to what's in your car.

Okay so my cousin and I can do the wiring and the headlights came with the plug to activate the halos but the big problem is that on the passenger the A.C line is in the way...

It's only the passenger side. Should I just wire them differently.

You can easily bend that AC pipe out of the way. Do it gently, but it shouldn't affect the line at all unless it's already very brittle.

You have the prefacelift model like mine, and wow those hella lights go for 600 a piece did you really pay that much

No I got them on sale they were around 250 each so it was a steal at the time. I actually waited 5 months to get new headlights.
