Awesome!! It lives and breathes!
Congrats (even though the tires never seemed to smoke ). Really nice.

Congratulations!
Did I miss what hp/tq you made?

Certainly a ride now!
Awesome! I’m more impressed that you were working on the car in this heat!
No real big updates on my end, ran into an issue where I kept blowing a fan relay, wiringspecialties hooked it up and sent me 3 more free of charge, found one of my ground wires to the fan was burnt all the way through and only barely holding on, fixed that and hoping that fixes the issue of me killing fan relays, it's not fun glancing at your temp gauge and seeing 240 temps :/
Other thing that i found was that my return side gas lid(Driver side) kept developing a leak, Originally I thought this was due to me using a 6an ptfe hose just clamped on to the return side nipple, well i went out and bought another earls fuel hose and replaced that entire line, started it up and it leaked still, seemed like whatever I did it would somehow still leak up towards the lid ... It was very annoying and i never felt comfortable driving the car, granted the leak was small and would only stay contained in the "nipple" area.....
I talked to Eric over at rallyroad.net about getting a nice billet lid for the return side, he currently makes one for the fuel feed side in his "dual fuel pump" hangar but not the return. He agreed to make me a lid for the return side and even included a nice hangar i could use in the event i wanted to setup a fuel pump on the return side that pumps fuel to the feed side over the gas tank hump. Originally my idea was to copy a how to bimerock had made on doing this but ultimately I decided to hack into the stock system of using whatever mechanism it uses to force fuel from the driver side of the tank to the passenger side.

One of the challenges was moving the fuel level sender from the stock lid to the new billet lid.... Did some hackery with my dremel and i think this should hold up great lol.. Picture of the fuel level sender unclicked from the stock lid
cut out the base of the fuel level sender "holder" thingy that the actual sender clips onto
Since i wasn't going to use the fuel pump to pump fuel from driver to passenger side i removed the fuel pump hanger and used the tapped holes to hold the fuel sender holder thingy that i cut out from the stock lid, had to drill holes into it obv, here's how that looks. This is just seeing if it works and making sure the sender arm can move freely inside the tank.
After this picture i sanded the edges of the base as to not have sharp edges where the fuel sender wires will be nearby, also sanded the top of this so it's flush onto the lid itself.
Picture of how the whole assembly fits
Rallyroad also provided some new fuel lines for inside the tank, this pictures shows the stock setup, what i did was carefully cut out the black hose and put a new one in connecting the yellow tube to the new billet lid

Finished setup
Hoping this works in terms of moving fuel from driver side to passenger side using the same mechanism from the fuel return.... time will tell, i did fill up the gas tank completely and will keep an eye on the fuel levels.... I think i read that people have issues at about 1/4 tank ... hope it doesn't leave me stranded lol.
Best thing though, NO MORE FUEL LEAKS!

Other update is I painted the underside of my hood, when i did the turbo I had to remove the underside "heat" protector or whatever that thing on the underside of the hood does, when I got my car painted they didn't do the underside of the hood so my hood was a mixture of blue/white.
We painted it flat black and also installed some hood vents, the vents were mainly to give me a little more clearance for my turbo, when we built the system it cleared but on removing the system and ceramit coating everything then putting it back together my turbo actually touched my hood, instead of taking it all apart again i decided to do the hood vents to give more clearance for the turbo... plus i think it looks pretty good.
hood after some sanding and the vent holes cut out
Awesome looking car!

Updates on the car
catch can - When i first did the turbo setup, I had originally just put a breather on each valve cover, this was causing the actual little breathers to leak oil and it was getting on my down pipe. I decided to install a catch can. I ordered a vibrant catch can, tapped the passenger side valve cover and ran a hose from each valve cover to the catch can.
new seats - have some fixed braum seats installed, also picked up the matching 5 point harness. Roll bar is next!
gauge panel - My nice fancy cd43 stereo broke, it powers on but the screen is dead. I decided to install Hard motorports 3 gauge panel. Behind that i have a memphis audio headless stereo that works off of bluetooth! needed to keep my tunes!
If anyone wants to ditch the brake booster and go hydroboost i have decided to sell my setup. I never used it
here's what it comes with
New '87 FJ60 hydroboost and firewall mount $456.00 1 $456.00 Cobra MC adapter-with stainless input rod $100.00 1 $100.00 Modify customer's pedal and clip $45.00 1 $45.00
I paid 626 shipped, asking 400 shipped to USA.
You would still need the hoses and a mustang cobra MC(100 bucks new) to make it work,
Could you post more pics of your seat? I'm highly curious. I had Cobra Misano's I had to take out since the shoulder was too wide and would like another seat.

Nice install!
What sliders are you running? And how much of a gap exists between b pillar and that shoulder jut-ing out part of the seat? Can you go forward an back easily?
